| 摘 要： | 针对冷床滚轮原工艺存在的铸造缺陷问题,对原工艺进行了改进。根据生产实际情况,通过设置补贴,采用铬铁矿砂,结合铸造凝固仿真模拟验证等措施,最终确定了新的工艺方案,解决了原工艺存在的问题,提高了表面质量和工艺出品率。

| Abstract: | In view of the founding faults of the cooling bed wheel, has carried on modification to original technique. On the basis of the actual situation of manufacture, means of the installing subsidy, adopting the ferrochrome ore sand, uniting with imitation simulating certification of founding solidifying and so on steps, definites finally new technique scheme, resolves the problems of the original technique, enhances surface quality and technical products rate. |
