纳米硅酸盐改性PP发泡材料的研究

摘    要:采用马来酸酐改性的聚丙烯(PP)作为基体树脂,在发泡体系中添加纳米硅酸盐,研究了纳米硅酸盐对PP泡沫材料各项性能的影响.结果表明,纳米硅酸盐能显著改善PP的泡孔形态,提高PP泡沫材料的压缩弹性模量;当纳米硅酸盐的用量为4%时,泡沫密度、泡孔直径、泡孔密度及泡孔壁厚均较为理想,泡沫材料性能最佳。

Abstract:Via introducing nano-silicate into the foamable system, with PP resin modified by maleic anhydride as matrix, the effects of nano- silicate on the properties of PP foam were studied. The result showed that the nano-silicate could improve the configuration of the foam cell obviously and increase the compress modulus of PP foam. The density of the foam, the diameter of the foam cell, the density of the cell and the thickness of the cell wall were very. preferable and the integrative properties of the foam were optimal when the weight content of nano- silicate was 4%.
