摘    要:本文从理论和试验两方面分析了干燥介质中水蒸汽含量对干燥过程的影响,对于有排气循环的干燥装置,得出了在一定排气回收率条件下回收排气中水分含量的极限值,理论和实践都证明对于热风高温干燥装置,其排气仍具有很强的吸湿能力,采用排气循环是一个行之有效的节能措施。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of water vapor quantity in drying medium on drying process is analyzed by theory and test, and for drier with exhaust circle the limiting value of water vapor amount in recovery exhaust under certain recovery rate is obtained. It is verified by theory and test that for drier of hot-blast nd high tempreture its exhaust has high capacity of moisture absorption, and the adoption of exhaust circle is a good energy-saving method.
