激光切割钣金件时的工件变形分析方法

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了适合激光切割钣金件的三维实体模型,介绍了钣金件在自身重力和激光切割热源共同作用下,进行切割时工件变形大小的计算方法.将激光切剖热源简化为高斯热源,运用APDL语言分析计算了激光切剖时实际工件的变形大小.

Abstract:ANSYS,finite element analysis software is used to establish a 3d entity model suited to the analysis of laser cutting sheet metal part.This paper introduces a method to detennine the size of workpiece deformation when it is cutted by laser under its own gravity and the action of the laser cutting heat source, and then simplifies the laser cutting heat source as the gauss heat source,analyzes and calculates the size of worlcpiece deformation when it is cutting by laser by writing APDL program.
