大型半开放式压铸温度场与应力场的数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用有限元方法分析了大型半开放式压铸件,在凝固过程中的温度场以及由此产生的热应力场,用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟,选取了实际生产中容易出现裂纹的部位进行了重点分析,得出了该位置温度分布及热应力分布的变化情况,并给出了计算结果。以此为依据,对铸件在实际生产过程中可能会出现的缺陷进行分析和预测,进而优化加工工艺,减少废品率,对铸造系统的结构设计、加工工艺等具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Temperature field and thermal stress field of a large semi-opened die-casting during solidification were analyzed using finite element method.And their numerical simulations were carried on based on the ANSYS.The crack sites which were appeared usually during in practical casting were analyzed especially,and the numerical results of the temperature distribution and thermal stress distribution were obtained.Based on the results,the defection on the casting which possibly appears in real production can be analyzed and forecasted.Moreover,the processing process can be optimized and the rejection rate can be reduced.Also it will provide the guiding significance for the structure design and the processing technique of the casting system.
