湿法炼锌净化除钴工艺现状及发展趋势

摘    要:概述了现今国内外湿法炼锌净化除钴工艺的现状,简述了各种除钴方法的基本原理、主要流程、优缺点、应用前景等,可为新建湿法炼锌厂除钴工艺的选择提供参考。目前锌粉置换添加锑盐为活化剂除钴法在国内应用较为广泛,国外以β-萘酚净化除钴法应用较多,在没有更好的除钴方法应用于工业化之前,从安全、环保以及经济等角度考虑,合金锌粉净化法与锑盐净化法应用前景较为广阔。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the current situation of purification process of cobalt in the zinc hydrometallurgy at home and abroad,including basic principle,the main flow,the advantages & disadvantages,and the application prospects of various cobalt removal methods,which provides reference to the new plants of zinc hydrometallurgy in the respect of cobalt removal technology selection.Currently in China,adding antimony trioxide as an activating agent for zinc powder replacement to remove cobalt is widely used,while the dominant application abroad is β-naphthol purification.From the point of view of safety,environmental protection,economy and etc,the methods of alloy zinc powder purification and the antimony trioxide purification are of relatively extensive future since there is no better cobalt removal method applied in industrialization.
