国产超临界机组的吹管工艺浅析

摘    要:对国产600 MW超临界直流锅炉的蒸汽吹管的范围、方式、工艺流程和吹管质量验收标准进行分析,并选择了蒸汽吹管的运行参数.蒸汽吹管分两个阶段,第一阶段为稳压吹管,第二阶段为稳压及降压联合吹管.吹管效果良好,达到了预期的效果,超临界直流炉采用稳压和降压联合吹管取得成功.

Abstract:Aiming at the domestic 600 MW supercritical once-through boilers in Guangdong Datang International Chaozhou Power Plant, the scope, scheme, technological process and the quality acceptance standard of steam pipe blowing were analyzed, and the parameters of steam pipe blowing selected. There were two phases of pipe blowing by steam, steady pressure for the first phase while the combination of steady pressure and falling down pressure for the second. The pipe blowing was successful with the prospective effect achieved, which accumulated experience for comprehensively using steady pressure and falling down pressure in pipe blowing of supercritical once-through boilers.
