Measures Taken after Analyzing Advantages and Difficulties of the Collaborative Innovation in Industry-based Characteristics Universities

This article analyzes the meaning and significance of collaborative innovation. Then it points out collaborative innovation is not only a necessity of development and integration of discipline, but also the need for building an innovative country. Industry-based characteristics universities have their congeni- tal advantages in collaborative innovation, while there are difficulties in the fragmented systems, the dis- tribution of benefits and resources. In the end of the article, it stresses the measures which partly learn from foreign experience and partly adhere to the characteristics and personality development. The meas- ures cover system, mechanism, concept and environmental aspect and are of great significanee for the promotion of this kind of the universities.
