煤快速液化反应装置的有效密封结构

摘    要:介绍了满足煤快速液化反应装置特殊要求的新型密封结构:线接触无垫密封、螺纹套筒半自紧密封和磁力传动密封。从密封原理和快速液化反应装置的具体结构特点,阐述了这些密封结构的开发设计过程。磁力传动把搅拌轴的动密封有效地转化成了静密封,满足了密封的零泄漏要求;线接触无垫密封和螺纹套筒半自紧密封具有密封可靠、装拆和维修方便的优点。

Abstract:The new types of seal for special demands of coal high-speed liquefaction e- quipment are introduced. These new types of seal are no-gasket line-contact seal, screw sleeve semi-self-sealing seal and magnetic driving seal. The process of design of these seals is explained. Magnetic driving seal can turn rotational seal into static seal, and no-leakage can be realized. No- gasket line-contact seal and screw sleeve semi-self-sealing seal have advantages: reliable sealing, assembling and disassemble and repair simply.
