改性累托石吸附处理含镉废水实验研究

摘    要:采用硫酸和高分子絮凝剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵对累托石进行改性,并将改性累托石吸附处理模拟含镉废水。结果表明:废水pH值为6,改性累托石用量为1.2g/L,吸附时间为90min,反应温度为25℃时,镉的去除率可达98%以上。改性累托石对镉的吸附符合Langmu ir模型。该方法具有处理效果好,操作简单等优点。

Abstract:The rectorite is modified by sulfuric acid and high molecular flocculant polydimethyl-dially ammonium chloride.The simulation experiment of adsorption treatment for wastewater containing cadmium with modified rectorite is conducted.The results showed that when the pH is 6,dosage of modified rectorite is 1.2g/L,contact time is 90min,and the reaction temperature is 25℃,the removal rate of cadmium can reach over 98%.The adsorption of modified rectorite for cadmium is conformed to Langmuir′s adsorption isotherm.This technology has advantages of high efficiency,easy to operate,and so on.
