摘    要:铝-锌-铟系合金牺牲阳极样品用盐酸和过氧化氢溶解,选择干扰少或没有干扰且灵敏度高的谱线作为待测元素的分析谱线,采用左、右两点扣背景的方法校正光谱干扰和基体匹配方法消除物理干扰,实现了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝-锌-铟系合金牺牲阳极中铁、铜、铟、锡、锌、镉、镁、钛和硅等元素。方法中各元素检出限在0.000 011%~0.000 77%(质量分数)之间,校准曲线的线性相关系数r>0.997。按照方法测定实际样品,测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD≤4.0%(n=10)。标准样品的测定值与认定值一致;实际样品的加标回收率为99%~110%。

Abstract:The sacrificial anode sample of aluminum-zinc-indium alloy was dissolved with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The spectral lines with little or no interference and high sensitivity were used as the analytical lines of testing elements. The physical interference was eliminated via correcting the spectral interference and matrix matching by the background deduction from left and right points. The elements in sacrificial anode of aluminum-zinc-indium alloy (including iron, copper, indium, tin, zinc, cadmium, magnesium, titanium and silicon) were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The detection limits of the proposed method were between 0.000 011% and 0.000 77% (mass fraction). The linearity of calibration curves was good, and the linear correlation coefficient was r>0.997. The actual samples were determined by the proposed method, and the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=10) of determination results were no more than 4.0%. The found results of standard samples were consistent with the certified values. The recoveries of standard addition were between 99% and 110% for actual samples.
