保温时间对纤维增强复合材料影响的研究

摘    要:粉末冶金法制备了钢纤维增强的Sn-Cu-Fe-WC基复合材料,研究了保温时间对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,添加15%纤维时最佳保温时间为1 h,添加9%纤维时最佳保温时间为3 h。

Abstract:The steel fiber reinforced Sn-Cu-Fe-WC composite materials were fabricated by using the powder metallurgical processing technique,and the impact that the holding time worked on the properties of composite materials was analyzed in this paper. The results showed that: the best time of heat preservation is one hour when adding 15% fiber in the composite material,and three hours when adding 9% fiber.
