摘    要:针对高中压配电网的特点,将电压/无功优化问题分解成电容器投切和变压器分接头调整两个子问题,通过这两个子问题的交替优化得到最终解.采用原对偶路径跟踪法求解逐次线性化的电容器投切优化问题时,适当简化电压约束,提高了求解速度.变压器调整则采用逐步调整策略实现电压控制和减少调整次数.另外,改进了前代后代法潮流算法使之能处理弱环网和变压器支路.最后,通过算例验证了该算法的有效性.

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of the high-medium voltage level distribution n etworks, the voltage/reactive power optimization (VRPO) is divided into two sub -problems, switching capacitors and adjusting tap ratios of transformers. The f inal result of the VRPO is gotten by alternatively solving the two sub-problems together. Capacitor switching is formulated with the successive linear primal- dual interior-point programming algorithm which is fastened by simplifying the constraints of node-voltages, while taps adjusting is processed through the ste p-adjusting strategy to control the voltage and to reduce the tap-changing tim es. Moreover, the forward/backward sweep method is improved to deal with the wee kly looped system and transformer branch. The results of the calculation example s show that the proposed algorithm is effective.
