| 摘 要： | 先秦儒家德治主张的实质是政治伦理化，其目的为封建宗法等级社会提供合法性资源。由于历史的阶级的局限，古代德治理想与现实是严重背离的，但儒家政治伦理化的思想资源对我们今天推进以德治国仍有着重要的借鉴和启迪。

| Abstract: | The insistence on rule by virtue of the confucianist in the pre - Qing Dynasty was the politics - ethic in nature, whose intention lied in providing the eligible explamation. Owing to the limitation of the history, the ideal of the rule by virtue in ancient times was deviated from the reality. But the resource of the politices - ethic of the confucianist still has an important reference and enlightenment for people today in governing the country by virtue. |
