钒钛磁铁精矿烧结添加矿化剂生产实践

摘    要:本文总结了在攀钢烧结机上配加矿化剂的生产情况,分析了配加矿化剂对强化钒钛矿烧结的效果。实践表明:配加0.04%的矿化剂后,其在烧结过程中的催化、矿化作用增加钒钛烧结液相量,改善钒钛烧结矿矿相结构,烧结矿转鼓强度提高了1.61个百分点,低温粉化率降低4.99个百分点,达到提高钒钛烧结矿强度、降低粉化率、降低能耗的目的。

Abstract:This paper summerizes the production condition after mineralization agent used in sintering material and analyses the affect of mineralization agent on sintering process. Practice showed that when the rate of minerization agent was 0.04% , the catalyst and mineralization effect of which increase the liquid amount of sinter and improve the phase structure of sinter, drum strenght of sinter increased 1.61 percentage points, the RDI of sinter decreased 4.99 points. The aim that enhancing the strength of sinter and decreasing the fine rate and energy of consumption of sinter was achieved.
