摘    要:洛阳石化工程公司开发的新型ROCC-V型重油催化裂化技术,采用烟气串联两段再生、三器连体结构,适于加工劣质重油。已投产的100kt/a工业装置在油浆全回炼的情况下轻质油收率高达76%,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The LPEC developed Residual Oil Catalytic Cracking(ROCC-V) process adopting two-stage regener ation of catalyst in senes and the integrated configuration of 3 reactor-regrnerators is suitable for processing inferior reaidual oils. Yield of light oils up to 76% was achieved in the case of operation recycling the oil slurry to elimina tion on the 100, 000 t/yr commrcial FCC unit and good economic and social effects were obtained.
