摘    要:运用有限元软件ABAQUS6.8对40 MN钢丝缠绕多向模锻液压机机架进行了模态分析,得到前十阶固有频率和相应振型,分析了各阶振型对液压机性能的影响,同时研究了预紧系数对机架固有频率的影响.结果表明,机架整体刚度和质量分布均衡,最小固有频率16.3 Hz,钢丝缠绕预紧作用使机架固有频率提高约7%.为液压机结构动态设计及...

Abstract:Modal analysis of the wire wound frame for 40 MN multi-cored hydraulic press was performed by using the ABAQUS 6.8 finite element code,and then the first ten order natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes were obtained.The influence of various mode shapes on the performances of the hydraulic press was discussed.Moreover,the effect of the pre-stressed factor on the frame natural frequencies was studied.The results show that the distribution of the integral rigidity and mass is reasonable and the minimum natural frequency of the frame is 16.3 Hz,furthermore,the pre-stress effect improves the frame natural frequencies slightly,about 7%.It provides a reference for the dynamic structural design and optimization of the hydraulic press.
