地面除尘站在捣固焦炉上的应用

青岛焦化公司地面除尘站除尘系统存在排灰不畅，预喷涂、喷吹装置失灵，防爆板经常爆裂，除尘布袋多次着火，室外切换设备失灵等问题，整个系统已无法继续正常使用。通过对工艺系统、拦焦车液压系统、预喷涂、排灰、喷吹等系统的改造，使之适应捣固焦炉的消烟除尘，降低了焦炉生产的污染程度，改善了周边地区的环境状况，取得了良好的效果。
