金属橡胶材料的非线性刚度

摘    要:以多孔材料理论为基础,以干摩擦非线性理论为依据,并结合小曲梁模型建立了金属橡胶材料的非线性本构关系,对经回火处理的金属橡胶结构进行动态试验,得到了材料的结构刚度及其系统的固有频率,将由理论模型计算出来的刚度和由实验测得的刚度进行比较,发现理论和实验吻合较好,说明由多孔材料理论建立的金属橡胶材料的非线性本构关系推导出来的刚度理论模型基本能描述金属橡胶材料的非线性刚度特性。

Abstract:On the basis of theory of porous materials, in terms of nonlinear theory of dry friction, and combined with the model of small curved beam, the nonlinear constitutive relation of metal-rubber was constructed. The dynamic experiments were made for tempered hollow cylinder of metal-rubber. The structural stiffness and the natural frequency were obtained. The stiffness from theoretical model was compared with that from experiment. It is found that the former is consistent with the later, the mod?el of the stiffness from nonlinear constitutive relation based on porous materials theory can correctly de?scribe nonlinear stiffness of metal-rubber.
