摘    要:为更好地给部队提供阵地作战、训练以及生存保障,对阵地设施设备保障能力评估问题进行研究.从通风空调系统、给排水系统、供配电系统和综合信息管理系统4个方面介绍了阵地设施设备的组成与功能,并在此基础上构建阵地设施设备保障能力评估指标体系,建立基于AHP-模糊综合评价的保障能力评估模型,运用所建模型对某阵地设施设备保障能力进行评估,并分析了评估结果.研究结果表明:该成果可以为阵地建设论证及设施设备设计布局、合理配套以及使用保障过程中的维护修理、升级改造等提供一定的理论指导与实践参考.

Abstract:In order to provide better position combating, training and survival guarantee for the troops, the evaluation of the support capability of the positional facilities and equipment is studied. In this study, four aspects have been reviewed to gain a further insight for the composition and functions for positional facilities and equipments, namely the ventilation air-conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, power supply and distribution system and the integrated information management system. Moreover, a new AHP- fuzzy approach is introduced for the supportability assessment for positional facilities and equipment, and the evaluation results are further explored. The result showed that: The research can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction demonstration, decision, reasonable matching and maintenance and upgrade of the equipment during the installation.
