Abstract:
Cutting tool wear and break is one of veryimportant problems that restricted the improvement ofproductive efficiency and the products I quality.Sothat,the monitoring technology for worn and brokentools is more urgent problem to be solved.By the analysis on machining features of turning center,cuttingpower of spindle is used as reference and working condition is monitored by self-learn method,added withAlgorithm of Machining Condition Based on MachineTool Speed Vector,the major technique of data chronization in monitoring has been solved.
