田菁胶新型分离提纯设备的研制

摘    要:为满足国内纺织印染工业对高纯度田菁胶的急需,及为使我院田菁胶产品质量进一步提高,扩大应用范围(如用于食品工业中),我们研制出一套新型田菁胶分离提纯设备。在设备台数不变的情况下,该套设备与原设备相比,生产量提高30%,得胚率提高2%,产品残渣率降低3%。经工业试验表明,该套设备设计合理,结构简单,工作可靠,其各项技术指标均达到设计要求。本文简要介绍了这套加工设备的结构和工作原理,以及研究,试验过程。

Abstract:To meet the urgent requirement of textile printing industry on highly pure sesbania gum and to widen the application of our sesbania gum products, such as to enable it to be used in food industry, the gum quality must be greatly improved. For the above reasons, a new series of installations for separation and purification of sesbania gum has been developed. The device number in new system is the same as that in old system, but compared with the latter, the productivity of the former increases by 30%, the recovery of endosperm increases by 2%, the power consumption decreases by 37%, the residues decreases by 3%. The new installations are designed reasonably and work reliably. With simple structure the new design can reach all designated requirement. The products of high quality can be obtained. This paper describes the structure and working principle of the new system, also providing the story of its development.
