双电层对润滑薄膜厚度与压力的影响

摘    要:利用修正的Reynolds方程对在不同金属-陶瓷(Fe和Cu及陶瓷材料Al2O3,SiN4、ZrO2和SiO2)水润滑中的双电层的影响进行了分析。通过数值计算,分别对流体润滑、弹流润滑的线、点接触的情况做了计算。计算结果表明:在膜厚较薄(几十纳米)时,双电层电势对润滑膜的厚度有较明显的影响,使最小膜厚明显增加,随着膜厚的增加这种影响将迅速减弱。而双电层的存在对润滑膜的压力分布影响不大。

Abstract:The influences of electric double layer on thin lubrication film thickness and pressure are studied. With the modified Reynolds equation, the film thickness and pressure of hy-drodynamic lubrication and elastohydrodynamic lubrication are numerically calculated. The results show that the influence of electric double layer on the lubrication film thickness is significant while the initial film is very thin. The minimum film thickness will greatly increase if the electric double layer is considered. The increase of the initial film thickness will greatly weaken the effect of electric double layer. Electric double layer will decrease the friction coefficient. These tendencies are still applicable even if the materials of the friction pair are different.
