摘    要:认识NBS和生态水文学间的协同关系有助于制定和实施水生态保护策略,基于NBS的流域水生态保护关注未来的已知的-未知的和未知的-未知的流域生态健康问题,分析了NBS对流域管理、复原力和适应性各方面的潜在贡献,给出流域间实施水生态系统服务转移的过程,以求最大程度地减少流域水生态调控的净损失。从利用自然(系统)的生态服务供应和需求的过程出发,阐述了现有的流域水生态健康最优管理及最佳实践特点,给出NBS在管理目标制定及影响因素分析方面的功效。

Watershed Green Development Mechanism Based on Nature-Based Solutions
Abstract:Understanding the synergy between nature-based solutions (NBS) and eco-hydrology will help to develop and implement water ecological conservation strategies. The ecological management framework of NBS echoes the ecosystem approach of the convention on ecological diversity, provided practical solutions for the coordinated management of water and ecosystems in the context of rapid urbanization. By analyzing the potential contribution of NBS to watershed management, resilience and adaptability, the process of water ecosystem service transfer across watershed management areas was given to minimize the net loss of watershed water ecological regulation. Based on the process of utilizing natural (systematic) ecological service supply and demand, this paper expounded the existing water ecological health optimal management and best practice characteristics, and given the role of NBS in formulation of management objectives and analysis of influencing factors.
