摘    要:尾矿库溃坝对下游居民生命财产及生态环境有严重威胁。为预测其溃坝后对下游的影响情况,以湖北省某尾矿库为例,采用DAMBRK模型和MIKE21水动力模型相结合的分段模型法,建立尾矿库溃坝数值分析模型,模拟下泄砂流演进过程,重点分析了下泄砂流的淹没范围、淹没深度及关键位置处的流量。结果表明该方法运用简便,模拟结果符合一般砂流的运动规律,可为尾矿库溃坝灾害应急预案的编制及溃坝灾害评估提供参考。

Influence Predictive Analysis of Tailings Dam-Break Based on Segmentation Model Method
Abstract:Tailings dam-break accidents have posed a serious threat on life and property of downstream residents and ecosystem. In order to predict the impact of tailings dam-break on the downstream area, a numerical analysis model is established by using a segmentation model method based on DAMBRK model and MIKE21 hydrodynamic model to simulate the evolution process of tailings flow. Analysis focuses on submerged range, submerged depth and discharge of key location. The results show that this method is easy to use and the simulation conforms the law of ordinary sand flow, which provides reference for establishment of tailings dam-break emergency plan and disaster assessment of dam-break.
