摘    要:为保证抽水蓄能电站安全稳定运行,减少水泵断电时水击压力和压力脉动过大及转速反转等对机组的不利影响,有必要研究水泵工况导叶关闭规律。基于某电站水泵断电实测数据,对比分析两种不同导叶关闭规律下的压力和转速;采用经验模态分解法将实测压力数据分解为趋势项和脉动项,对比分析趋势项和数值仿真结果,并基于运行工况点分析脉动压力。研究结果表明,合理的导叶关闭规律不仅可避免转速反转,还可减小水击压力和压力脉动。建议水泵工况导叶关闭规律优先采用一段关闭,关闭时间宜小于30s。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of pumped storage power (PSP) stations and reduce the damage to unit which is resulted by the huge water hummer pressure and pressure fluctuation and the reversal of the rotation speed during load rejection in pump mode, it is necessary to study guide vane closing law of the pump turbine. In this paper, the measured pressure and rotation speed of a certain PSP station when the unit was rejecting load in pump mode of different closing laws were analyzed, and the measured pressure data were decomposed into the trend terms and pulsation terms using empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method. The pressure trend terms and the numerical simulation results were comparative analysis, and the fluctuation pressures were analyzed based on the track lines of different operating conditions. The research results show that the appropriate guide vane closing law can not only avoid the reversal of the rotational speed, but also reduce the water hummer pressure and pressure pulsation. It is suggested that the closure time in pump mode is less than 30 seconds in the single-slope closing law.
