本文从中国传统民居体现出乡土性的各个方面,具体论述了当前用三种不同方式建造的新民居对乡土文化的继承和发展及其存在的问题,分析了在新的社会条件下,民居在物质功能和精神功能方面的更新,同时还探讨了今后民居建设的途径.

Investigation and Analysis on the Indigenous Feature of Newly-built Citizens' Houses

In the present time, there are three types of method to build new citizens, houses. By thinking over every aspect of indigenous feature of Chinese traditional citizens' houses, this paper discussed concretely the problem of inheritance and development to indigenous culture, and the existing problems, of the newly-built citizens' houses. It also analysed the renewal of material and spiritual functions of citizens' houses, and approached the construction way of them in the future as well.
