| Abstract: | The function of the flood operating system is ,on the basis of that the dam's safety has surely been guaranteed,to see that the effect of flood control capacity of the reservoir is brought into full play and to optimize the regional flood benefits through the flexible operation.The flood operating system,is a non- engingeering measure that is of an extraordinary necessity.In this paper,this system is introduced. |
