| Abstract: | This article introduces the monitoring of the underground powerhouse caverns of the Ertan hydropower project. the monitoring measures taken during the period of construction and initial reservoir impounding. and the results of analysis of the monitoring data. It gives a primary evaluation of the present state of stability, of the powerhouse caverns. thus providing a basis for the safe operation of the power plant. |
