摘    要:通过对2006年全国200 MW及以上容量火电机组主要辅助设备运行的可靠性分析与评估,对近5年的可靠性指标进行了比较分析,提出了5种主要辅助设备(磨煤机、给水泵、送风机、引风机、高压加热器)运行系数、可用系数、非计划停运率等主要指标的变化趋势,为电力企业的可靠性管理及制造行业的产品质量管理提供了有益的依据.

Abstract:Through the reliability analysis and assessment of main auxiliary equipment for nation-wide 200 MW and above thermal power generator unit in 2006,the reliability index for near 5 years were compared and analyzed,the changing tendency of major indices,such as operation,availability and un-planning outage,was put forward for 5 kinds of major auxiliary equipments (coal mill,feed pump,draft fan,induced draft fan and high voltage heater),which can offer the beneficial basis for the reliability management of power enterprise and the product quality management of production profession.
