| 摘 要： | 主要介绍马钢工序能耗日分析模型的开发过程,能控中心应用该模型对工序能耗超出界定范围的产线进行分析、点评,督促有关二级单位制定节能降耗措施并持续改进,检查、跟踪、考核落实效果。实现工序能源消耗异常能够事前提醒、事中控制、事后评价,从而确保吨钢综合能耗指标过程受控。

| Abstract: | Mainly introduces the development process of masteel process, energy consumption analysis model, the application of the model of process energy consumption can control centre within the defined scope line analysis, reviews, supervise and urge relevant secondary units to formulate measures of energy saving and continuous improvement, check, track, to carry out the effect.Implementation process energy consumption anomalies can remind in advance, the matter controls, afterwards, to ensure the comprehensive energy consumption of per ton steel index controlled process. |
