摘    要:针对武器装备研制过程中技术风险的复杂性,综合运用层次分析和模糊综合评价等方法,提出一种技术风险评估决策支持系统模型,其由对话层、决策层、管理层、数据层组成,系统工作分为建立和运行2个阶段,系统的运行采用模糊评判、层次分析和神经网络分析等现代数学方法进行。以新研飞机为例,构建技术风险评估体系,最后对总体设计技术风险进行量化评估。

Abstract:For the complexity of technology risk in the course of weapon and equipment development,applying AHP and fuzzy-evaluation,put forward a DSS model for technology risk evaluation.The system composed of session layer,decision layer,management layer and data layer,and its work is divided into establishment and operation.The operation phase use Fuzzy-Evaluation,AHP,Neural Network and other modern mathematical methods.Construct the technology risk evaluation system of aircraft development,and quantify and evaluate technology risk of the design at last.
