短径向轴承的脂润滑控制方程式

摘    要:润滑油中常常包含有稠化剂等添加物,从而使润滑油表现为塑性润滑剂,因此发展脂润滑理论是需要的。为研究短径向轴承脂润滑特性,基于Ostwald模型推导了短径向轴承的脂润滑控制方程式。为了检查建立方程式的可靠性,置流变指数n=1,所得结果与牛顿流体的相应控制方程完全一致。可以用所建立的新方程分析脂膜的压强分布规律,并且能为短径向轴承脂润滑设计计算提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Lubrication-oils often contain additives of thickening agent to make them Denave m a plasticity lubricant,so that an extension of grease-lubrication theory is needed. To study the property of the short journal bearing in a grease lubricant, a governing equation based on the Ostwald model was derived. The reliability of equation established was checked by setting the theology index n = 1, the result shows a close agreement with the corresponding governing equation of Newtonian fluids. The new equation established can be used to analyze the pressure distribution of grease film and to provide a theoretical base of grease-lubrication design for short journal bearings.
