棒料几何参数对其预制表面V型槽槽底应力集中系数的影响规律

摘    要:针对研究新型低应力精密下料系统时,需要获得不同直径的带V型槽棒料几何参数对槽底应力集中水平的影响规律的问题,利用ANSYS软件,建立了系统棒料下料时的三维有限元模型。采用正交法设计了实验方案,通过有限元法的数值模拟实验,确定了使V型槽尖端应力集中系数最大的棒料几何参数的最佳取值条件,即槽外形夹角为90°,槽底圆角半径与棒料直径的比为0.005,槽深与棒料的直径比为0.15。实验研究表明,槽底圆角半径对应力集中系数的影响最大,棒料的直径与槽深对应力集中系数的影响较小,而槽外形夹角对槽底应力集中系数的影响程度最小。

Abstract:To investigate a new type of low stress precision cropping system,it is necessary to obtain the influence of the geometric parameters of slotted bar with different diameters on the stress concentration near the groove bottom.ANSYS software was applied to build the three-dimensional finite element model of the bar,and the experiments were designed by the means of orthogonal method and simulated numerically.The optimal geometric parameters of the slotted bar were determined under the maximal stress concentration factor:the flare angle is 90°,the proportion of the radius at the groove bottom to the diameter of the bar is 0.005,and the proportion of the groove depth to the diameter of the bar is 0.15.The experimental results show that the radius at the groove bottom exerts an influence on the stress concentration factor at the groove bottom remarkably,the influences of the groove depth and the diameter of the bar are lesser,and the influence of the flare angle can be neglected.
