大豆油皂化反应动力学研究

摘    要:以大豆油为皂化反应原料,研究各因素对皂化反应影响,确定合成软皂适宜操作条件,对动力学实验数据分析处理结果表明,大豆油皂化反应总级数为二级,对大豆油和NaOH分别为一级,建立大豆油皂化反应动力学方程。

Abstract:Soybean oil was selected as components of saponification. The effects of factors on the saponification reaction were studied, the proper conditions for the saponification reaction were determined. From the kinetic experimental data, it was known that the total order of saponification reaction was two under the experimental conditions, the reaction was first order both for soybean oil and NaOH. The kinetic expression of the saponification reaction for soybean oil was proposed.
