摘    要:利用一种新型的露点腐蚀模拟装置结合原位的电化学阻抗谱,电化学噪声等测试手段评价了304和316L两种不锈钢的盐酸露点腐蚀行为.结果表明,316L不锈钢表现出更优异的耐盐酸露点腐蚀性能,主要原因可归结为两点:一是316L不锈钢钝化膜中含有较高的Cr/(Cr+Fe) 比以及较低含量的Fe;二是316L不锈钢钝化膜中含有能改善抗点蚀性能的Mo.

Abstract:Hydrochloric dew point corrosion (DPC) behavior of 304 and 316L stainless steels was investigated using a novel DPC simulation set-up with in situ measurements of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and electrochemical noise. The results indicated that the DPC resistance of 316L stainless steel was superior to 304. The difference of the corrosion performance for the two stainless steels can be ascribed to the following two aspects: the ratio of Cr/(Cr+Fe) is higher and the concentration of Fe is lower in the passive film of 316L stainless steel. There exists Mo in the passive film, which can enhance its pitting resistance of 316L stainless steel.
