割缝筛管防腐与防垢技术研究

摘    要:开采油、气、水资源,要求割缝筛管同时具备防砂、防腐和防垢的性能。介绍了一种具有防砂、防腐和防垢性能的割缝筛管及其加工方法。通过对相同材质、不同加工方法制成的两种割缝筛管试件的室内对比试验,证实了使用高含硼特殊刀具磨削加工的割缝筛管缝隙表面具有很好的防腐和防垢性能。对割缝筛管试件的X光电子能谱分析和扫描电镜观察分析,证实了这种筛管缝隙表面有Fe2B和FeB的存在。分析和阐述了该筛管的防腐和防垢机理、加工方法和设计依据,并根据割缝筛管的结构特点和工况,定义了割缝筛管的防腐、防垢性能与套管(油管)的材质匹配关系等。

Abstract:As a slotted screen is employed in sand control in oil /water wells, its anticorrosion effect and antiscale effect are supposed to improve the production of oil and water. This paper introduces a special slotted screen of anticorrosion characteristic and antiscale characteristic in sand control in oil /water wells, and their acting mechanism. By conducting comparative test on two types of slotted screen samples made of the same materials but different processing methods in the lab, it is proved that CBN ceramic cutting method may improve the anticorrosion and antiscale properties of the slotted screen by boronising the surface during cutting. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis show that there are Fe2B and FeB on the screen surface. In additions, the anticorrosion and antiscale mechanisms, processing methods, and design principles are discussed in this paper. The definition of the material matching between the anticorrosion and antiscale properties of slotted screen and casing (tubing) is given, according to the structural characteristics and working conditions of slotted screen.
