矿用设备开停传感器的设计

摘    要:煤矿井下机电设备(如采煤机、输送机、局扇、破碎机和提升机等)开停状态需要及时地上传到整个监测系统中,以防有设备损坏及时采取行动避免事故的发生。主要利用电磁感应原理将电气设备的开停状态转换成各种标准信号,通过信号传输线传送给矿井生产监测系统,最终实现井下机电设备开停状态自动监控的功能。

Abstract:Underground coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment(such as coal mining,transport,local fan,crushing machines,elevators,etc.) need to keep uploading state of equipment to monitoring system,if equipment damage,we can take timely action to avoid accidents.The design make use of electromagnetic induction and transit operating state into many standard signals,then transmit through signal transmission line to mine production monitoring system,and ultimately achieve function of state of underground electrical equipment automatic monitoring.
