| 摘 要： | 讨论了普通机床车削螺纹的方法,在综合比较各种螺纹车削方法的基础上,提出了采用数控机床,一刀车螺纹的方法。并根据一刀车螺纹的要求,以具体实例对螺纹车刀、切削用量及工艺系统刚性方面进行阐述。结果表明该方法能够满足高效率加工螺纹的要求,有效提高了螺纹零件的加工效率。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the threading method of general machine tools,and comprehensive comparison of different thread turning method on the basis of the use of CNC machine tools,knife threading.And in accordance with the requirements of the knife threading to the specific examples described the rigidity of the thread turning,cutting parameters and process systems.The results show that the method can meet the requirements of efficient processing thread,to effectively improve the processing efficiency of the threaded parts. |
