| 摘 要： | 研究了用低分子聚酰胺、氧化铝及丙酮常温固化低分子液态双酚A型环氧树脂E-51,作用于环氧树脂绝缘材料,根据正交实验设计方法进行了实验设计分析,分析得出各因素的各个水平对产品性能的影响从而得出最优配比.

| Abstract: | The polyamide,aluminum oxide and acetone were used to epoxy resin E-51 in normal temperature and the facter that makes the electronic packaging material performance excellent was gained.According to the method of direct cross experiment to analyse experiment design.Based on the analysis,we got the rank of factor and the best data in each factor. |
