基于过程BOM的经营过程并行化设计方法

将串行活动并行化不仅是经营过程重构和并行工程中的重要问题，也是企业间合作过程设计需要考虑的问题。目前还不能有效地复用AS—IS建模过程中所收集信息的计算机辅助优化／设计方法。本文根据并行工程和企业间合作的特定情况，提出了合理的假设，借鉴BOM的概念，提出了基于过程BOM的并行经营过程计算机辅助优化设计方法，并开发了相应的工具。最后，结合航空CIMS中的案例进行了说明。

Concurrent Design Method of Business Process Based on Process BOM

Paralleling activities is not only a key effort in Business Process Reengineering and Concurrent Engineering, but also an important consideration during designing enterprises' collaboration process. In this paper, based on the specific conditions in Concurrent Engineering and enterprise collaboration, two important premises are brought out and validated, and then, based on graph theory, a process BOM-based computer-aided concurrent business process optimization and design method is presented, with corresponding software developed. Finally, a case in the CIMS of aviation industry is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
