| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是高校政治意识文明建设的重要保证，思想政治工作是高校政治制度文明建设的重要手段，思想政治工作是政治关系文明建设的重要条件，思想政治工作是政治行为文明建设的重要途径，思想政治工作是高校主体——大学生教育的主导力量等五个层面，分析论述了新形势下思想政治工作在高校政治文明建设中的作用。

| Abstract: | ideological political work is the important means of college political system civilized construction. Ideological political work is the political important condition that concerns civilized construction. Ideological political work is the important channel of political behavior civilized construction. Ideological political work is college main part-the 5 layers of surfaces such as the leading strength of the education of college student, analyze and have discussed new situation the ideological political role that works in college political civilized construction. |
