摘    要:使用自制在线乳化装置,在单缸135型试验机上进行了在线乳化台架试验,探索出不同负荷下掺水比对燃烧特性、燃油耗率、NOx及碳烟排放的影响;在相同掺水比下进行了与乳化油柴油、进气道喷水方式的性能对比试验。研究表明:在线乳化具有与乳化柴油方式的同样效果,并且可获得燃油耗率、NOx和碳烟排放同时降低的综合性能。

Abstract:An online emulsification apparatus was developed and used in diesel combustion experiments.The effect of water-fuel ratio on diesel performance was studied.With the same water-fuel ratio,the performance of engine with online-emulsified fuel,offline-emulsified fuel and ordinary fuel together with water port-injection was compared with that of original engine in test bed experiments.The results indicate that the performance of engine with online emulsified fuel is very good as no water induced.In addition,at different load,there exist the best water-fuel ratio which results in lower bsfc,lower NOx and soot emission simultaneously.
