| 摘 要： | 本实验以城市污水处理厂污泥为原料,通过投加营养液和Na2S进行污泥驯化,培养出富含S2-降解菌的活性污泥,实验结果表明,通过两周连续投加Na2S的驯化,反应器内微生物已经达到稳态,活性污泥较为成熟,沉降比约为46%,SVI约为7 mL/g,MLSS约为6.6 g/L,S2-的去除率达到90%。

| Abstract: | Taking the sludge the urban sewage treatment plants as the raw material,the study undertakes the sludge domestication by adding the nutrient solution and Na2S,cultivates the activated sludge rich in S2-degrading bacteria,and proves by the experimental results that the microorganism in the actor has been in the stable status,the activated sludge is more mature,the settlement is about 46%,SVI is about 7 mL/g and MLSS about 6.6 g/L and the removal ratio of S2-achieves 90% by adding Na2S for the domestication constantly in two weeks. |
