| 摘 要： | 针对近年来建筑工程施工管理中存在的施工企业不重视施工管理,质量管理严重失调,安全管理漏洞百出等问题进行了分析,提出了健全制度,建立信息化施工管理平台,加强质量控制等提高施工管理水平的有效措施,以指导实践。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes some problems in the construction management in recent architectural projects,including the ignorance of the construction management,the serious unbalance of the quality management and the defects of the safety management,and points out the effective measures to improve the construction management,such as the perfection of the system,the establishment of the informationized construction management platform,and the promotion of the quality control,so as to direct the practice. |
