摘    要:介绍了一种崭新的垃圾处理技术——气化熔融技术,它具有彻底的无害化、显著的减容性、高效的能源利用率等优点。对目前存在的几种气化熔融技术进行了分类,详尽介绍了各自的工艺流程、适用条件、主要特点等,分析了气化熔融技术控制二恶英排放的机理。最后结合我国实际情况,提出一套新颖的城市垃圾处理系统:移动床—流化床气化熔融系统。

Abstract:An incoming generation treatment of MSW gasifying and melting technology is introduced. It is regarded as the incoming and promising alternative of MSW incineration technology due to its strict control on dioxins and high volumetric reduction ratio. The characteristics and main merits of several typical furnaces of gasifying & melting are discussed in detail. The principles and fundamentals about dioxins control and volume reduction of this technology are analyzed. At last, a novel gasifying and melting furnace with a MSW pre-heating vessel is proposed with respect to the relatively low calorific wastes in our country.
