番茄红素的HPLC检测方法的研究

摘    要:本实验采用HPLC法探讨了番茄红素的测定方法,结果表明最佳的色谱条件为流动相采用V(乙腈):V(四氢呋喃):V(二氯甲烷)=85:3.4:1.6的体系、检测波长472nm,在此条件下可很好的分离番茄红素,回收率96%-102%之间.结果表明:应用高效液相色谱法测定番茄红素操作简单准确,适用性强,分离效率高.

Abstract:The content of lycopene in tomato was determined by HPLC. Separation was achieved by the use of symmetryshield TMRP18 column, acetonitrile: tetrathydrofuran: dichloromethane(85:3.4:1.7) as mobile phase ,a flow rate of 0.9ml/min and detector at 472nm was used. The recovery rate was between 96%~102%. The results showed that the method was simple ,rapid ,accurate and efficient.
