水润滑尾轴承振鸣音研究进展

摘    要:水润滑橡胶尾轴承在低速、重载、润滑不良状况下,会出现异常振动与鸣音,影响舰船的隐蔽性与生存能力以及乘员的舒适性。目前,对尾轴承 鸣音既无法进行预估;也无法在事后予以有效的消除。为此,从尾轴承鸣音产生机理、影响因素以及抑制技术等方面进行了探讨和分析。认为应充分考 虑各种因素的影响,结合试验和先进的分析手段开展综合研究,在此基础上,制定详实的水润滑尾轴承设计、制造、安装规范, 提高舰船尾轴承的使用 性能,达到减振降噪的目的。

Abstract:Bearing noise or abnormal vibration sometimes originate in water-lubricated rubber stern bearings in marine propeller shaft applications during operation at low-speed, overloading and other poor lubrication conditions. And it will affect the comfort of ships, and especially destruct the hidden nature and viability of Underwater Vehicles. Therefore study on the stern bearing noise mechanism carries important theoretical and practical engineering application significance. A review from the definition, noise generation mechanism, influencing factors to vibration beep suppression technique is summarized. Point out that the ship stern bearing noise carries a complicated production mechanism and is subject to many factors. The research of each team is still not systematic or in-depth. Take full account of the influence of various factors, combined with the test and advanced design methods to a comprehensive study to accurately reveal bearing noise generation mechanism is necessary. On this basis, developing a detailed design, manufacture, and installation specification is 0f great significance to ensure the ship quiet design.
