摘    要:为了提高含锑金矿中锑的浸出率、减少脱锑矿中锑含量对两段焙烧的影响, 对锑浮选尾矿进行了碱性硫化钠浸出锑的研究。结果表明, 在液固比3∶1、氢氧化钠用量60 g/L、硫化钠浓度160 g/L、反应温度72 ℃、浸出时间15 min条件下, 锑浸出率达95.34%。在此基础上, 对浸锑上料方式、压滤洗涤设备、电积含锑贵液和添加剂进液方式进行了工艺改造, 锑浸出率、阴极锑纯度及产量得到明显提升, 获得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to increase the leaching rate of antimony from antimony-bearing gold ore and reduce the influence of antimony content in ore after antimony removal process on two-stage roasting, an experimental study was conducted on alkaline leaching of antimony from the antimony flotation tailings with sodium sulfide. The results showed that the antimony leaching rate reached 95.34% after leaching for 15 min at 72 ℃, with 60 g/L of sodium hydroxide and 160 g/L of sodium sulfide, as well as a liquid-solid ratio at 3∶1. On this basis, the antimony leaching rate, purity and output of cathode antimony have been obviously improved after technological transformation in terms of antimony leaching feeding mode, filter press with washing, replenishment and additive feeding mode for precious antimony-containing liquid in electrowinning, indicating that better economic benefits have been attained.
