摘    要:以神角煤矿2307孤岛工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场测试、数值模拟等研究方法,对孤岛工作面回采巷道的合理位置进行了研究。开展了巷道围岩地质力学评估研究,分析了围岩岩性及顶板岩层组合情况、顶板破坏情况;讨论了2307孤岛工作面的区域应力场特征,主应力峰值位于采空区侧方5 m范围,主应力方向和比值均随工作面开采推进而变化;获得了不同煤柱尺寸下回采巷道围岩塑性区的形态特征与演化规律,综合确定煤柱尺寸为20 m。在上述分析的基础上,提出了柔性支护方案并进行了工业性试验,能够保障顶板稳定。研究成果能够对其他地质条件相似的孤岛工作面回采巷道的围岩稳定控制起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。

Abstract:Taking the Shenjiao Coal Mine 2307 island working face as the engineering background,this paper studies the rational location of mining roadway in isolated island working face by means of theoretical analysis,field test and numerical simulation.Geomechanics evaluation of surrounding rock of roadway was carried out,so as to obtain some information of surrounding rock lithology,the combination of roof strata and roof failure.The characteristics of regional gravitational field of 2307 isolated island working face are obtained.The peak value of principal stress lies in the 5 m range of the side of goaf and the direction and ratio of principal stress change with the advance of mining.The shape characteristics and evolution law of plastic zone in surrounding rock of mining roadway under different pillar sizes are discussed,and the pillar size is determined as 20 m synthetically.Based on the above discussion results,the flexible support scheme is put forward and the industrial test is carried out,which can ensure the roof stability.The above study results can provide guidance and reference for the stability control of surrounding rock of mining roadway in island working face with similar geological conditions.
